Uniform Sources
Iaido gi
I recommend the set sold at e-bogu.com
http://www.e-bogu.com/Iai_s/62.htm
or get the gi top and hakama separately.
Hakama here:
http://www.e-bogu.com/Top_Quality_Black_Tetron_Hakama_Size_All_p/tak-ken-hak-tqtet-black-all.htm
Sakura also sells the hakama
http://www.sakuramartialarts.com/Martial_Arts_Uniform_Hakama_Iaido_Aikido_Hakama_p/uni-2000-a1.htm
The web page also has a sizing chart, which can be used to find
your size and then go to
All Martial Arts at
4025 West Charleston Boulevard
Las Vegas, NV 89102-1612
(702) 878-2883
Obi:
I have found a reasonable priced kaku obi at Sakura Martial Arts online. In choosing an Obi, make sure it's not a karate belt or, Sumo Wrestler's belt.

E-bogu also carries obis, but they are more expensive than the ones linked above at Sakura Martial Arts
Iaito:
E-bogu features the Tozando iaito

Mantis swords features the Paul Chen iaito

Musashi Swords

True Swords features the Musashi line of swords and iaito

There are other sources, but these are just a few.
